The artist Petr Zubek became enthusiastic about the traditional art and culture of sub-Saharan Africa in the mid-1990s, at the end of his art studies in Düsseldorf. After ten years of collecting, he opened his gallery in Düsseldorf in March 2019. His skills acquired through artist work and education, combined with advice and exchange with experienced colleagues and experts in the field of tribal art, enable him to present and offer carefully selected, high-quality objects in his gallery.
